Shipping & returns
We ship all over Europe, and internationally within the delivery range of PostNL. All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in the Netherlands.

Shipping costs are between €3.95 and €29.95 depending on your location; you can look up your location in our shipping overview here.
We offer free shipping on orders over
€50,- (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany), over €75,- (Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Poland and Sweden), over €100,- (rest of Europe) and over €200,- (rest of the world).
From Monday to Friday, we package and dispatch orders that are placed before 1pm on the same day. The shipping time depends on your location. You can find more about our shipping zones here. You'll receive a tracking link so you know when to expect your plant-powered package!
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link in your mail. If you didn't get it, please check your spam inbox or log into your account on marzou.com if you have one. We're always happy to help, so just email us at hello@marzou.com if you can't find it.
Yes, we do! We only use paper tape and filling. We're actively picking up used boxed from a local hardware store to turn them into filling material using our very cool cardboard perforator.
Yes, we're happy to help with this! Fill in their address in the shipping address field, and leave us a note in the dedicated field to tell us it's a gift. You can also ask us to write a small note for the recipient, no worries!
We're sorry hear that! In case you’ve received a faulty/damaged/wrong item, please send an email (including a picture and your order number) to hello@marzou.comso we can provide a solution in the form of a refund or a replacement.
In case you would like to return an unused item to receive a refund, you can do so within 30 days after delivery. Please send an email to hello@marzou.com with your order number first to get the process started. Make sure you return the item in the same condition as received and that the seal is not broken. Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the item to us. After receipt and inspection, we'll issue the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
In case you’ve tried the item and are not 100% happy, we’ve got you covered with our satisfaction guarantee. Please send an email to hello@marzou.com, within 3 months after delivery, with your order number and a short explanation of which product is not working for you. We’ll provide you with store credit for the same amount, and our recommendation for an alternative.
(Please note there is a maximum of €70 yearly on using our satisfaction guarantee)
Products
Yes, 100% natural! Our products are full of plant power: formulated only with ingredients that are natural and pure. Each ingredient is always clearly listed on both our website and the label.
We source the vast majority of our ingredients organically. This means they are farmed with sustainability in mind, using natural substances and processes, and pass the European standards for organic agriculture, for example in regards to pesticides and other potential contaminants. Of course, when an ingredient is not organic it does not necessarily mean it's not clean: it just means it hasn't been certified.
Whether an ingredient is certified organic is always stated on the product page and label. Moreover, each ingredient has a certificate of analysis for its chemical composition.
Yes! We only use plant-based ingredients and never test on animals.
In general, it's advised to consult with your doctor before using essential oils when you're pregnant, breastfeeding or around young children.
